I'V TRIED EVERY MOTOROLA HEADSET(4), A JABRA, PLANTRONICS,BELKIN, AND A SCALA. I TRIED A FEW OF THEM ON OTHER PEOPLES PHONES AND THE RECPTION IS HORRIBLE FROM MORE THAN 2 FEET AWAY. DOES BLUETOOTH JUST SUCK? I'V DONE THE UPGRADE AND IF JABRA IS CLASS 1 WHATS GOING ON?

JABRA IS A CLASS 1, PLANTRONICS,BELKIN, AND SCALA ARE CLASS 2. I HAVE A JABRA AND A MOTOROLA, AND THE JABRA WORKS FINE. MAYBE IT'S THE LOW END JABRA I DON'T KNOW BUT IF THE JABRA IS HORRIBLE MAYBE IT'S THE PHONE. WHAT YOU CAN DO IS CALL SAMSUNG AND ASK THEM WHAT'S GOING ON. 1800-726-7864
