Downloaded Wallpapers to fit the whole screen help

my wallpapers are like only half the screen and the others are all white is there a way i can change that? plz help!

i used photoshop and crop the pictures 240X320
so for width 240 and for height 320 and save as
"SAVE AS WEB"
