Please help_new owner of the UTStarcom PPC-6700 / XV-6700 / HTC Apache

I would like to Flash my Handset to Pocket Smart Wireless, However, I'm not having any luck. I am also told that I will Not be able to use the internet. Do you have any suggestions? Much apprieciated.

I am also having trouble with my synce option to my PC.
