Called SE after email

Well, I got the same email message asking to call. I called (they work from 8am-11pm) and talk to a guy there George. Nice guy. I explained to him all the problems and he said that he documented everything gave me a ticket number and said that if I wanted to call back to give the ticket number. They would take step by step, first of how to master reset to see if that is the problem. Then, open a request for service in which I would have to take the phone to a SE repair center. He said that we have a 1 year warranty and that they will check the phone as long as we are under warranty. Also, to transfer all data (make a back up) because the master reset deletes everything you put in there. I am buying a BT dongle today.

Did they fix the phone system so that it's understandable? o.O I haven't had a chance to try again.

I guess. I called and I got a response immediately. I called at 9am if it makes any difference. Good Luck. 😁
