does any one know how to record a specific part of a song?
cuz i want this song to be my ringtone but not the beginning part.. you kno like the main part / popular part of the song.. and i want to transfer that to my phone, but first i don't even know how to record the part i want.

Use DB Power Amp (do a Google search) to convert the song to .wav format. Then open Windows Sound Recorder (look under programs>accessories>entertainment. Get to the part of the song you want the ringtone to start with and hit the stop button. Then use the menu to "delete before current position". You can also do a "delete after current position" after about 30 seconds of the song. Then do a 'save as' and use DB power Amp to convert it back to .MP3. You can then transfer it to your phone. I've done it with two songs so far and it works perfectly.
