Keypad light problem

I have the V323 (US Cellular) version of this phone, and I think it's a great phone in every respect with the exception of one thing: the blue keypad lights are very dim (almost non-existent on the left side), and upon turning the "Power Save" function off as well as searching for another means to adjust this feature, I've had no luck at all in trying to brighten them. I'm wondering if anybody else has had this problem or if it's just something inherent with this phone. Thanks!

Sounds like your phone is broken, bro. I would bring it to a US Cell store and see if they could fix or replace it (not completely sure of warranty procedure). I have the v325 and don't have a problem at all with brightness

Yeah, maybe it is indeed not working correctly. The only problem is that I purchased this phone directly from Motorola, and it would mean dealing with them as opposed to US Cellular. I really love this phone with the exception of the blue keypad lighting problem. It's only an annoyance when driving at night. I think I'd rather continue using it as is than to be without it for a few weeks. But thanks anyway!
