voicemail tweek?
So i got the V325 at the beginning of February, and i love the phone, but every weekend i can't get into my voice-mail on my phone, if i use a friends phone i can access it, its weird i was wondering if anyone else was having this issue, or if it's just a bug in my phone. I also went to call customer service but i couldn't because i won't accept a number entry and just keeps repeating to enter a number. I was wondering if theres a software update that i need or something.
R9-1_X_05.28.09P does this mean i have V9? if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it, it's starting to tick me off not being able to get voice-mail. thank you.

It sounds like you have the 'tones' or 'tone length' or send tones setting set to off. Try calling yourself on a landline or other phone and punching some numbers on the Cellphone and see if you hear tones. I'm guessing you won't. It might be under "menu, settings, initial setup, DTMF." It's probably set to short or off. Lemme know what you find. (I'm not sure exactly of that menu)

so i just checked my phone and i did have the DTMF, tones set to off, but the odd thing is i have had it that way since i got my phone and somtimes it works and somtimes it doesn't, but now that i changed the tones to "long" it seems like it is letting me access voice-mail, so hopefully that was the fix for it. thank a bunch.
