V325 Vibrate and Ring?

I've had the V325 for about 3 weeks now and really like it but... Despite the manual saying it can vibrate and ring, I can not make it happen. I'm used to my old motos having the "vibe then ring" style. The V325 doesn't have this. The manual tells you to change a setting in "Master Volume Detail" called "Call Vibrate" to ON. I don't have this setting. Any ideas or experience with this one? Thanks for any help.

Mine has it just by hitting the outside button .

My bad, Mine does not have it either. I was thinking of my roomates phone.

You can have Ring or Vibrate but not both.
That's just the way it is.
