Phonebook Backup
How can I backup my phone to my PC and be able to edit on the PC with phone tools. The older version of phone tool would save as a file and could be edited, then uploaded to the phone. I know I can sync with my outlook but my outlook has several hundred numbers more than I want in my phone. Any ideas would be appreciated!!

Mobile phone tools has its own phone book and calendar program, so you can add entries to those and sync with your phone. You seem to know this already, though, so I'm not sure what your question is.

There's somewhere in the sync options where you tell it which order you store names on your phone. I can't tell you exactly how to get to it, because I'm not on that computer know. I THINK it's in the sync options, not the phonebook tool options.
You want to do this before you do your first sync, as you probably know, or else everything comes across in the wrong order, and you get two copies of everything. (I've done this the wrong way more than once!)
