when viewing a contact with multi number home work cell etc. it seems to me that I use to be able to scroll 360 now since the phone was updated it requires that you go to the end then scroll the other direction is this normal? thanks

you need to go to settings, initial setup, and then select "wrap around" for the scroll option. That should take care of the problem. It sounds like you have "up/down" selected
