"Call Lost" with E815. Please Help.
I got my E815 with Verizon Plan a week before and I am repeatedly loosing calls. I cannot complete a call about 50% of the time, it gives the message "call lost" or no message without any audio alert. Sometimes it is every minute or even when the other phone is just ringing. Plus I have echo problem. The signal strength is always 5 bars. I think it is a software problem. Do I have to return this phone and get the other e815 or there is any other way to fix it? Please help.

I would call customer service and make sure that it is indeed the phone, they can check with tech support for issues in your area and make test calls to the phone. If that doesn't fix the situation then definitely take the phone back and have them replace it.
