I just wanted to see if any Verizon employees knew anything about the release date of the Razor. Is it in testing? My store said it might be a Christmas phone???

First off, that's one Christmas present I wouldn't want under my tree this year. Second, the Razor is half the phone of the E815. The Razor has very slow menus and doesn't have the advanced voice dialing like the 815. At least the T-Mobile and Cingular versions don't have it. There also won't be an extra capacity battery available for it otherwise it wouldn't be called Razor would it?

Just because the Cingular and T-mobile version of the Razor is like what ur saying, why would it nessacary be like that for Verizon? I alllways thought the razor was nice. To be truthful, my e815 isnt that awesome.. theres way too many glitches.

I think the RAZR that Verizon is getting is supposedly better feature-wise than the T-Mobile and Cingular versions, however, I have also heard rumors that Verizon has priced this phone way too high (600.00 full-retail according tht posts on Howard Forums).

If it is 600.00 then they can forget me getting it-- I'll stick with my reliable 815.
