Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood

I currently have HS810 and not too happy with it.

IMO, the volume is too low, especially when walking outside or driving with a car window open... ☹️

Are there any better headsets on the market today?

OH YES, bar far. Do a search on here for "bluetooth headsets" or "BT headsets" and you will find all sorts of reviews, questions and answers on here. That is one of those topics that has been brought up and brought up again...and again...and again. There really is a lot of great info about them. IMO, though, the Jabra BT250V or the new Motorola H500 are by far the best I have tried, and I have tried a lot.

I am thinking of buying a brand new Motorola H500 on Ebay.
Does anyone have any experience with buying it on Ebay? Is it a real H500 made by Motorola?

I got mine on ebay, brand new in sealed package, real H500 made by Motorola. I am a long time ebayer. Just make sure you look at the seller's feedback to see if they are an honest seller. I got mine from seller: dans_cellular_accessories. They have over 49,000 positive feedback and deal with just these sorts of items. Check it out:

I got my H500 off of ebay yesterday (before I read this thread, but based on Mary's recommendation in a previous email). The funny thing was I ordered mine from the same place Mary did and didn't know she ordered it there.

I actually got it off ebay Thursday night and it won't arrive for a few days yet. The sad thing is that I'm very impatient with mail ordering stuff and I'll usually try to buy it in the store. Ebay was cheaper and I can't find any local who sells it yet.
