resetting
I was wondering if anyone is having the problem like me. My phone only seems to freeze and resset itself when i try to respond to a text messege. It doesnt completely turn off just freezes and then says no service then kicks back on. Does any one know what i can do.

i have the same problem.. if i take my phone to verizon for a new phone, can they trnsfer my tones, wallpaper, and contacts to my new phone?

I've had my phone swapped out 3 times. I'm on my 4th phone .. This ones seems to be ok, ive actually had it about 5 weeks now .. but anyways ... Verizon can't transfer your ringtones, pictures wallpapers only contacts.. so if you use a TF card just transfer all of them over to the card before you take it .. you will have to redo all your ringer ids pics, etc ..
