Do not buy this phone

I made the mistake of purchasing the DuraForce Ultra 5G in early April 2021 from Verizon and it has never worked properly. It drops their network and never reconnects unless you reset the device. Then it will pick up the network anywhere from 25 min. to 5 days before it drops it again only to go through the same process again. It will never pick up the network again until you reset everything. Verizon has sent out a new sim, a replacement phone, they have reset my phone number, I have run the phone is safe mode and they have done a network check of my area with no problems reported.
