unkown sync error
I'm having trouble hotsyncing my contacts and memos. I get error message 16397...cannot find what it means anywhere...any ideas?

yes i am working on a mac...i have since done a hard reset...and all is fine...th;anks for the response...maybe you can read my other posts and offer some feed back on them?

If your situation is like mine, you will run into that sync error again. I think you start to have issues when you start to enter more and more info on your Treo. I don't sync too much with my Mac anymore, as the Treo 650's memory is not dependent on battery strength.
If you run into this problem again, instead of doing a hard reset, do a warm reset. This will solve the sync problem without clearing out the memory on you Treo. A warm reset is done the same way a hard reset is done, but instead of holding the power key down, you hold the "arrow up" key on your five way navigation button.
