PHONE LOCKING UP HELP
I WAS USING THE XV6600 AND JUST COULD NOT HANDLE THE SIZE I SWITCHED TO THE 650 AND LOVE THE SIZE AND FEATURE BUT IN THE PAST DAY EVERY TIME I GO FROM DOING SOMETHING TO MESSAGES IT FREEZES AND I HAVE TO RESET THE PHONE. IT REALLY SUCKS. IF ANY ONE HAS ANY HELP WITH THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW 😕

I was actually having a similar problem...not locking up, but the phone kept turning off and on throughout the day. I called Verizon Tech Support and they suggested I move all my games to the card. I did that and no longer have any problems. I first did a hard reset, reinstalled all the software and installed the games ONLY on the card. It works fine now and has not turned off once.

I had a problem where the phone would reset all the time when I hung up or answered a call. I uninstalled RINGO and haven't had a problem since. That was the only 3rd party app that I had, so I figured that might be the problem.

it is probubly one program that is causeing it to lock up if you goto the phone side of the device and dial ##377# it will tell you what program caused the crash then you can truble shoot from there
