i read online somewhere yesterday that palmone is giving out free SD momory to make up for the lack of internal memory mistake. does anyone know if this is true?

nice i just did it too. i actually didnt know where it was so thanks for the link. in fact i actually just bought a sd card from costco for only 68.00 bucks. not bad for alot more memory, but ill keep that and this one too. cant have too much memory.

What size was the SD card that you purchased from Cosco? I also had already purchased a 1GB from Wal-Mart for $88. I may be games on the free one from Handspring.

Yes!! it is true! I ordered mine today. You have to go to the support page for the treo 650, then go to questions about memory. Then there is a link to order it. I couldnt use the link given above. You have to put in your phone's id # and the serial number-then it goes to a shopping cart with free shipping. It should be here within a week. (will give it to my kid for her camera, as I bougt a 1 gig card from Fry's. (www.outpost.com)
They usually have sales on thurs-sundays. I paid about $66 with a $20 rebate making it $44!! Great Deal!
