Connectivity with MM5600

I have purchased the DataPilot & FutureDial Suite. I can not get my phone to act as a modem. Currently both companies above have now supported the phone but not with the dial function. I have spoken to Sprint who stated that the phone has to be in stand-by mode in order to work. I still can't figure that out. Has anyone used this phone to access the internet via the PCS Vision Network.
Thanks

when you first connect the phone to the usb cable, it should ask to choose between three options:
1. PictBridge
2. Mass Storage Device

Thanks for your reply. I have tried that and I still get the 678 error of "remote computer failed to respond." I to am like you. I only use this feature sparely. But it is very important to me. I have both Data Pilot and FuturDial. Neither of them support the phone in that area. I have installed the Sanyo USB Drivers as well as those drivers received from FutureDial. Upon plugging in the phone it states usb cable plugged in and then gives me those 3 options, upon selecting the standby mode the phone does generate the usb modem signal but it still does not connect. Is there something else I am doing wrong? I have connected a VM4500 and a MM7400 and they both connect immediately and with no problems.

Thanks
