when you open your cellphone, on the lower right hand side of the screen says web. press the upper right button on your keypad and it will lead you to the Vision Home Webpage. press the number 2 on your keypad and it will take you to the downloads section.

now, as for downloading features to your media player, once you open your screen, press the menu button (the middle black circle button), press left and okay for the media player. scroll all the way down to the highlighted orange channels and press select on which channel you want. then either press "preview" or "buy" buttons. good luck!

Buy a usb card reader. The phone came with a minSD adapter. If you are going to use the phone for the mp3, you will probably be purchasing a larger miniSD and will have your music on your PC. Don't waste time with Vision, just be sure you have the phone format the card first and then pop your stuff in the right folder on the card.

Your phone came with a usb cable. I wonder what it is used for?? oh, yeah; data transfer. Hook it up to your PC, then the add new hardware wizard will pop up (on XP computers) follow the prompts and it should show as a mass storage device (also the option to select when you plug in the usb cable)
From there, just transfer the files as if it were a card reader (essentially that's what it is) in the media player select miniSD and there you should have your files.
Don't worry about using vision or paying for anything, it's not necessary!
