Bluetrek G2 Problem

Hello Everyone:
Although everything I read tellms me that 5600 and Bluetrek G2 are compatible, I don't seem to be able to pair them. Any suggestions are welcome.

Hello Again Everyone:
I solved the problem and paired the phone and the headset. I paired them by pretending to send a pic through bluetooth from the phone which allowed me to search for bluetooth devices. If there is another way, I'd appreciate the tip.
