I feel your pain. My advice keep calling back until you get someone that has a clue. I can assure you that you can get it through telesales because I have mine sitting in front of me. Now I just get to go through the pain of getting it activated.

The reason they are making it so difficult to purchase right now is that they really aren't available. They are only able to be purchased through the business sales department right now. As an employee of Verizon, they won't even let me purchase one right now.

Any luck activating it? I did end up buying one off of ebay and should have it by thursday. So if there are any activation issues I would like to know. Also does this version have a camera?

This version does not have a camera. I did get the activation thing straightened out, i think it had more to do with an issue on my account than anything. So far I'm really liking what I see. Good luck with yours.
