FWIW: VZW warranty replacement was VERY smooth!

🙂 Had my V265 since Nov12th (day they came out) and its been a very solid phone (screen sucks and I don't know the date, but the phone works great!) It wouldn't wake up one morning, took it to my local VZW store, they replaced it w/ a nice refurb and moved my number over all in less than 10 minutes and didn't cost me a thing. (They offered to move my phone book for a fee, but I sync'd it w/ my Mac at the counter--so I'm set.) Expected to be out $100 or so, and no phone for a day or two, but VZW really supported me this time around.
