It depends on when they want it to be released. I'm thinking after Christmas, because of the V810 that came out not too long ago.
I also think that the company wants the number of V810 phones in stock to drop before releasing a "cheaper" version of the same type of phone. Speaker phone, camera, moto name, etc. all in a smaller phone with 1/3 the price tag.
