well, it won't have the 5megs of memory that the v400 has. the camera and the polyphonic speaker won't be as good as the v400 either. and samsung is not known for it's great rf, so the v400 is probably still a better choice if you look at the features.

Well I have the E317 in my little hands right now. It is very light, the outside color display is very clear. It also lets you take a photo and set it to caller id, so when that person calls you will see the picture on the outside caller id in color. Nice touch.
