Question about the upgrade

I am a new owner of this pretty cool phone. I have been reading some comments on the software update. My question is...as a verizon wireless customer how do I get this upgrade? Thanks for you help!

Simply go to a corporate store (not a mall kiosk and not a Circuit City store), drop off your phone, have lunch, and come back in 45 min. It will be done at no charge.

wait.... go to a corporate store like the actual corporate building or as in a retail store around the corner?
