Amazon Quit Selling Z500 for ATT

I've noticed that the Z500 is no longer for sale on Amazon.com. My order still shows that it will be shipping between Nov. 22 and Dec. 6. Has anyone heard anything reguarding this phone being released by ATT?

The Z500 is supposed to be released by Cingular the week of Thanksgiving. Your model should be branded by Cingular since AT&T didn't get the phone in time to release it before they were bought out.

Another thing to consider is that ATT did not carry the z500a because the phone would end up not by supported by ATT in a year or so anyways. ☹️

What I mean is that Cingular Wireless utilizes a new version of SIM card that is not typically compatible will the phones sold by ATT. All ATT customers will have to migrate to Cingular wireless at the end end of their contract date, starting this past Monday when Cingular fully took over ATT. At the time of migration, almost ALL ATT customers will have to purchase a NEW phone with the new SIM card...for their their Cingular service. (Something that has caused more than a few ATT customers to leave.) 👿 That is why since Monday ATT customers can no longer make any changes to their ATT acco...
