Snapdragon 810?
Thermal Issues galore.
Go with the 808 or just have used a MediaTek X10 Helio until the Snapdragon 820 is released.

Qualcomm has been busy revising the 810 to address those issues. For example, the Nexus 6P has "version 2.1" of the 810 chip. I'm not clear on which version the Z5 series has, but I imagine it's not 1.0. I also trust that Sony is well aware of the 810's reputation and has taken steps to address it. Teardowns have shown that the Z5 a "dual heat pipe" design that should help.
