PHONE GOES BLANK
MY phone goes blank or Locks up, I need to take the battery out to reset the phone. There is no pattern to this sometimes I can go two weeks or more and sometimes I will have to reset it twice a week. Will the firmware upgrad fix this ? Or is it a bad phone ?

One thing you can try is periodically rebooting the phone. I'd say at least once daily. That should help a lot with the phone freezing, seems to work for me anyway.
