I just got my replacement phone!!! but i need help!

I just got my replacment phone from cingular after ordering it around 2 months ago...When i put my sim card and battery in the new phone it workes fine i just thought that the contacts would be braught over, but they were'nt so i would like someone to tell me how to bring all of my contacts over i thought that is what the sim card is for...? Also will i have to bring all of my programs back over 2? this could take a while if i do.

Sorry but you're out of luck. With the MPX220 only part of the contact list is saved on the SIM card. The rest is saved in the saved onto the built-in memory. I ran into the same problem when I got a replacement phone from Cingular.

Not to worry. You can build a contacts list relatively quickly in MS Outlook (not Outlook Express) and sync it with the USB cable onto your MPX unit.
