does anyone have this problem and know how to fix?!!
HELP!
I finally have a handset with good volume and that seems to work well in all but one other respect...
When i turn power off power doesn't go off! The phone starts to power down but the keypad remains lit. If i close the flip after i attempt power down and reopen then I see that the keypad is still lit and the screen is lit but all white/blank. keys seem sort of active but i can't do anything with them other than make noise. the only think i have found that works is to take the battery out....

You have a defective unit. Nothig you can do but return it. This is not a good phone all things considered. I have been waiting for this phone and despite the great specs I had to return it. I now have a V3 and it is great.
