BestBuy phones are all locked to Cingular / AT&T - Any Unlocked phones?
Okay I have been to three BestBuys (I loath this store) and all the phones are locked to Cingular and AT&T (it works with AT&T only because they are mergine)
So where can I get an unlocked phone?

Did you try your SIM? There are reports of a TMobile cards working, and no, Cing and ATTWS are still competing. After the merger (buy out really) it still will be months before the details are worked out.

The MPx220 that I bought at BestBuy last week was not locked to any particular carrier. It does have a Cingular logo on the keypad, but all I did to get it to work on my TMobile service was to pop the SIM card out of my old phone and into the MPx220. I made a test call on TMobile with the phone before I even left the store.
BestBuy does offer two price discount levels if you buy the phone with 1 or 2 years of Cingular service. If you pay the full list price (about $500) there is no Cingular service requirement.
