It did it to me today. Do you have a good signal? That was my prob. No signal. I also think it has to be Digital too.

See if this same thing happens when someone sends a picture message to you. I have dealing with this issue for days. I have been elevated to the company ENGINEERS to fix this problem. It hasn't been resolved yet.
