This is your last chance to "sign" the letter we put together on Howard Forums. If you'd like to lend your support, please see this thread on HoFo.

Thanks.

sound like everyone wants a whole new phone and you people are high if you think they are going to just keep on working on the v710 when the could be working on it's successor... only a few things from that list will make the firmware upgrade IMO, the ringer on bluetooth headset and phone better be one because that is simply lame how it currently works... I'd expect the bluetooth transferring to also be included but all those other fluff features aren't going to make the cut, they just can't justify spending all the more time on improving the phone... it's pretty good as is IMO and just needs a few tweaks and not an entire overhaul as that petition suggests

btw, I would love all those improvements to happen... I'm just being realistic about it and have accepted the v710 for what it is... if they do all those improvements, I'll gladly eat my words 🙂

I'm also pleased with the v710. I don't plan to return mine. I'd just like to see it made even better.

So if you'd love to see all those improvements happen, why not sign the letter?

First of all, it's not a petition, but rather a letter with suggestions and requests.

Do we think they are going to give us everything that we are hoping for? Of course not. But since we don't know what things they can do easily, and which would be more difficult, we decided to put in all the requests, just so that they know what we want. Where is the harm in that?

And why are people always so negative, and quick to criticize? If you don't want to sign the letter, then don't. I don't know if anything will come of the letter or not, but I assure you nothing will come of your sitting on your butt complaining about our letter.

I'd like to sign your letter in hopes of some bug fixes and feature enhancements.

What address shall I send my information to?

Andy,

Thanks again for putting this together.

I signed, and I think everyone here who has spent the money for this phone and has complaints, should as well !

Thanks for the support.

So far we have about 40 people who have signed. I would have thought more people would want to support this, but...

Anyway...still not too late, if anyone is so inclined.

You don't sound like an idiot.

The thread over at Howard Forums explains that you just need to PM me (on that site, not this one) with as much of your name, username, physical address, and e-mail address as you are comfortable with.

I don't want to accept PMs here, since the letter states that it was put together and signed by Howard Forum users. But a lot of users here use that site as well, and anyone could, so I don't think that should be too much of a problem.

Thanks.
