Any advise on how to take a 30 second part out of an MP3 ? I'm sure it requires some type of software. I would like to rip a song off a disc, store it on my computer, pull a 30 second sample off of it and transfer it to the transflash card to be used as a ring tone.

Hey everyone. I have a slight problem with the V710 speaker phone. Is the speaker phone suppose to work when the flip is shut (V300 works great with the flip shut)? If I shut the flip with the speaker phone on it hangs up on the caller. Is this something a firmware upgrade could fix?

PS. How do you find out about new firmware upgrades?

Thanks

select the mp3 you want to create a ringtone with, do ctrl i, select the options tab, there you can select how long you want the ringtone to be. After you click okay, then right click and select covert to mp3.

PS.

Go to the edit>preferences>importing. select custom then 64kbps b4 you convert the file.
