I upgraded all the way to 2.21e
The desktop software crashes when it tries to connect via BT. Anyone seeing this too? USB works great.
BTW, returning my RS phone and going to VZW in Del Mar in 2hrs.

I think there are newer versions of phone tools. you need to run live update a couple of times. , even then people report it hanging on the initializing screen. the VZW store by you is selling them?

No...there's no version that works over BT yet, because of the firmware in the phone. has nothing to do with the software on the PC. Though the fact that yours crashes may indicate a problem there. Mine just hangs at "initializing..." like everyone else's.
By the way, I hate you because you live within driving distance of Del Mar. Many years ago a friend once took me to this little hole in the wall pizza place somewhere down on 1 (it had to have been somewhere near Del Mar), shrimp pesto pizza and a few pints, what a way to spend an afternoon.
