Well, I'm driving home today and I pass a Verizon Wireless store. I notice a huge sign, which takes up one of the entire windoe panes which reads: "We have Bluetooth phones and accessories in stock and available." So I had to go inside. I was told that the sign was put up 2-3 days ago because that is when they were told the V710s would arrive. However, they have not received them yet but should be "any day now." Just thought it was interesting that the store would have the sign available and ready to hang if the phone wouldn't be available until August.

Which store was it? Corporate or reseller? Where is it located?...If the store has advertisements already, that is good news!

is this the same store that you spoke of having the phones earlier?
is there any way you could snap a shot of the sign... i'd love to see it. Not that I doubt you, just, i would get a nice warm fuzzy from it.

It was a different corporate store, again in Northern Illinois. Once again I am not passing out locations to save unnecessary phone calls. I can probably get a pic of it, but it won't be until Monday or Tuesday when I go back to work. I put my number on a list to be called when they come in, so if that happens before Monday I'll get you a pic sooner (although at that point it'll be moot).

dont blame you for the secrecy of the location. especially after the straightfool incident. If you get a shot, great! if not, oky doke. Just keep any cool information coming.
