How Do I get out of the programing menu???

I was reading on the Nuclear Elephant how to hack into the secret programing menu using
the commands: Menu + 0 + 73887 + *. Now my screen is stuck in this mode, how do I get out???

Never Mind I got it. I went way back in the Forum and found it was a popular mistake in 2004!!!
