Class Settlement Timeframe Document

After the Final Hearing on January 17th:

-Verizon has 21 days to attest that they will comply.
-Settlement Administrator has 30 days for giving notice of approved or rejected claims.
-Each Claimant has 30 days to file a Challenge of rejection.
-After all disputes are resolved, Settlement Administrator has 30 days to compile the claims for Verizon.

THEN, after the later of all of the above, Verizon has 30 days either send the checks out for the $25 option or the ETF refunds and prepaid mailers for return of the phones.

Customers will then be given the opportunity to pick a replacement phone from the website, "any telephone offered by Verizon other than a Motorola V710"... "and then return their Motorola V710 telephone(s) and acce...

Now do we also get full or any credit for cases or bluetooth stuff (ex. headseat, speaker)

The final hearing is now set for March. I beleive extra time is now needed since VZW "forgot" to inform 60,000 customers of the settlement case.

Actually, if you want to be specific:
"Final Hearings on the proposed settlement have been scheduled for January 17, 2006 (class members included in the initial mailing), and March 16, 2006 for class members who were included in the supplemental mailing. This website will be updated shortly thereafter, so please check back for additional information on the settlement."
