I am not to familiar with bluetooth but do you have to have both the Moto speaker and headset to give you hands free capability or can you pick which one you would rather have and use for hands free purpsoses? thanks

Any Bluetooth accessory will work... That's the beauty of Bluetooth; it creates a standard all manufacturers must (should?) follow.
