Receipt for settlement question

I have a question regarding the settlment. I know that the form states that if you provide the receipt, they will give you that amount of money when you exchange your phone for a new one. I bought my phone the first day it came out (for $400!) and I sent away for a mail-in-rebate. Now I can't find my receipt! I don't want to get stuck with only $200, when I actually paid $400. Does verizon still have a record of my purchase, and if they do will they print me a new receipt?

Or, does anyone know how else I could prove how much I paid for it? Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Verizon's computer system really should have record of it.

I went to the verizon store and they where able to print out both my phone receipt and the receipt for my moto bluetooth headset. I could have sworn I paid more for it, but hey... oh I know this was answered like 10000 times but will we get a new 100 credit since we lost this one?

Go to the Verizon store and ask for a duplicate of your receipt. They can print out a copy for you.
