Bluetooth on V710

I have a Moto V710 and the phone tools software. it gives me an option to use the bluetooth, but cant get it to work. is this feature disabled and if so how can i unlock it? anyhelp would be great?

If I wanted to use BT, I would have the salesperson/in-store-technician making it up and running before I ever even left the store. I would now go back to the dealer where I bought the phone and say "I just bought this phone here. Make BT work for me please." (This is all assuming you remain unable to make it work on your own).

In order to use the V710 bluetooth with MPT you need MPT 3 and the updated firmware on the phone. The original firmware will not allow you to sync the phone via bluetooth. If you have a usb cable to connect the phone to the computer, you can flash the phone yourself. If you don't want to do it yourself contact your local verizon store and see if they can do it for you. Be aware that if verizon does it they will install there official software update which along with various fixes takes away the ability to move mp3 files from a trans-flash card to the phone. Ok i have the latest firmware on the phone? i have a bluetooth hub, but i still cant get it to connect to the software, i can get my computer to see and connect to the handset, but not the MPT and i have the MPT 3. I am stupid right now, what is PST? and isnt the lastest firmware 1.40.or or something? i have 1.30.8f
