New Software Does Not Affect MP3
I just got the new software and what a difference! I still put mp3's the way i use to.. I use easy cd creator and it works fabulous!!!! New software also makes camera and videos much much better! Get with it guy's.I also put pics on my phone the same way, the sofware did not affect any of this stuff!!!!! I do not use get it now ever!

Right click on your mouse when u have the tracks on cd creator and then click convert to audio file!Just like if u were gonna burn a cd.. Instead of dragging the track down, just right click the track and take it from there!

After you right click your mouse you click on convert the track, you must have your memory card in your card reader and have the audio file open on it when you do this..

OK, but once the audio is on the card, can you get it into the phone? I thought the firmware update removed the ability to get the audio from the TF into the phone.

That's a fact. I just installed the new firmware this weekend, and ran into exactly that problem. Look back a day or two in these posting, and I talked about doing a seem edit to restore this function. A few really smart hackers on the Howard Forum figured out how to do this -- and it does work.

Absolutely certain that this DOES NOT allow file transfers from TF to Phone memory -- without first doing a seem edit and then a restart of the phone. (unless Verizon finally came to their senses, which I highly doubt)

I have no explanation. Did you do the flash or did VZ??
If VZ did it -- maybe you found a VZ dealer who has a tech with a conscience!! Obviously their corporate heads do not.
