Recall of v710(for those who have done it)

I just came back from VZW and they took my phone. However, I have to go back in an hour to pick it up. Did any of you go through this, and if so, why?

I'm a tad bit confused as to why it takes so long to give me a new phone in place of my defective one. ☹️

One of two things:
1) The people who are allowed to do such things were busy
2) They were being nice and copying all of the stuff on your current phone over to the new one.
