I was trying to order it last night but their commerce server kept going down. So I just went to order it today and......it's magically been removed from their site!!!! So damned typical!

When this was announced on HoFoi last week, everyone tryiong to order found the web site very slow - like 20+ minutes to complete a single unit order. Now, posts all indicate only the front half arrived. The unit supposedly includes 2 pieces (front for the phone - which reportedly accommodates leather case and extended battery) and a rear piece for a spare battery (yes, with the correct contacts). However, all posts so far indicate units received all are missing the rear piece and each poster has a different experience with Moto trying to correct the problem.

Time will only tell how this one resolves.

The Dual Destop Charger (98613H/SPN5204A) that I ordered arrived without the battery charging unit & this appears to has been the case with at least one other on this forum . Had two phone calls today with BUY-MOTO. The first was a horror. Spoke to a rep who told me that this was a unit from the European Website and that there was nothing she could do about it. I gave here my order reference # and told her it was shipped from moto houston. She said she would call back...never did. Second call got a rep who told me I was CORRECT. That the unit shipped to me wasn't COMPLETE. He said it would be shipped free of charge and should arrive next Wednesday....(We'll see)...My gosh they can put you through the ringer even though they are wrong.

I got my desktop charger today too. The back piece was missing and when I called to tell them they said, "they are not making the back piece and I could return it if I wanted." I hope this guy is wrong....
