How do you feel?
I have read all these posts, and I wonder. Aren't you guys mad, at least a bit? I mean, you have such a "great" phone, but that phone also has had so many problems. Do you really feel like it was worth all the trouble? Don't you think Verizon should had released the phone in better conditions? if I owned a V710 I would've been fed up with all its issues, and gotten something else, maybe somewhere else. I'm not trying to bash this phone. I even considered at one point to purchase it too, but after I heard the bluetooth issue, I changed my mind. I keep checking here every once in a while to see if VZW gets it together, but honestly, I really doubt it.

Of course we are mad. How would you feel if you bought a Bluetooth car and could only get service from a monopoly like Verizon?

no,not mad at all.no problems with mine. 😁 not really upset about bluetooth because all i use is the headset.the phone has great features. 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁

honestly there are a few annoyances ... but there are lots of work arounds for the shortcomings (cable to sync contacts, transflash to move pics and tones ...)
The biggest disappointment to me is the camera. Not from a sense that I need it to take excellent pictures ... but from a sense that a company like Moto could get away with putting such a LAME camera in the phone and hyping it all up as 1.2 mega pix.
All the other Moto's I've played with (recently the 1.2 megapix Razor) take excellent pictures.

Yeah, I've had this phone for about 2 months and many features aren't working and the camera sucks! It's a great phone, but I'd really like a phone with a decent camera. Does anyone know if there is ANY way to exchange my phone for a different one? Maybe if I say the camera and BT are not working correctly? Please help!
