Don't trust the belt clip!!!!!!!!
The slightest bump sent mine to the pavement. Bent the metal part on the front face, and a few minor scratches to the silver paint on the outside also. I just feel lucky the front screen didn't scratch.

I have been using that one for a month. I take it everywhere and I haven't had problems yet. Are you sure that your phone was in properly????

Yes it was in right in was on my belt for an hour or so. How can it be in wrong and hold for even a second? I had a slight bump to my waist. maybee it pressed the tab perfect.
Just trying to save some the anguish I went through as I watched it bounce and slide on the pavement. I also read a post somewhere that the person asked if they could take it back, because it fell out the clip during the 15 day period and hit the cement and scratched.
They also said it held up pretty well for flying ten feet.

Heres what do...I go to a Verizon store and go the the service desk, and tell them "my phone drops calls every once in a while" They will play with it for a while, and then poof...give you a new phone.
Its not my fault that they make a crappy holster, or that the phone SCRATCHES ITSELF WHEN YOU OPEN IT...how dumb is that s**t. I mean, if your car door scratched itself when you opened it, wouldnt you be a tad bit upset?
