WEB Problem

if i use opera app the internet works fine. but if i pick the actual web icon (NOKIA's STUFF) i can get on the web but every picture is in black and white. and it looks like it's penciled in. like a bunch of black dots that make out the picture. Is this normal???? or should i call nokia?

cingular. but it's not them cause the opera browser works fine. was wondering if ti was a setting.
