Caller ID not showing names, just numbers (sometimes)

I think this is because some contacts are on the sim and some are in the phone, but I'm not sure. Where do they need to be for it to say the person's name when it rings. I downloaded the PDF on this phone but I couldn't find it.

it's the same wit my phone...6010..only number appear on caller id..
