Bug issue in regards to calls loged

So I bought the phone and have had an issue. I returned it and Verizon gave me another one and I am having the same issue. Sometimes when someone calls me and the call gets over I look at my call logs. It says that the call was picked up (call waiting) even thought that was not the case. Then when I hang up the call it says missed call (when the phone call actually ended). So if the call got over at 9pm it says missed call at 9pm. This has now happened on both phones. Does not do it everytime though. Is anyone having the same issue or knows why?

I am having the same issue!!! Not sure what to do either. Am on my second phone as well. Sometimes when I answer the phone and check my call logs it says it was picked up via call waiying even though it was not. Then when I hang the call up, it says I missed a call when I actually hung up the phone!!!

Help is anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same issue!! Verizon says it is Samsung and Samsung has told me it is a networking issue with Verizon... 🤭

Ok so I am glad I am not the only one having this issue. I might just get a new phone all together now because I am getting the run around as well. Verizon says it Samsung and Samsung says its not them that it has do do with the Verizon Network. Still Curious if anyone else is having this issue.

I'm having the exact same problem. So, you guys have gotten replacement phones and the same thing happens? This phone has been out for 6 months - why has no one reported this before? Maybe it's a new issue with the most recent firmware? Any help would definitely be appreciated - this problem is so annoying.

Yeah same thing w/ my phone and the call log. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it does;t happen.

This is a known software issue with the phone itself. Hopefully a future firmware update will coorect the problem....

That new firmware update came out yesterday. It is version XJ06. You can get it at your local Verizon Wireless store. The techs should have it by now. It fixes this and numerous problems.
